Welcome & Apologies

The Chairman to welcome members to the consultation call.

This meeting is not a formal meeting of the Audit and Governance Committee but is being held as a Consultation Call by the Finance Director under the delegated powers of the Finance Director to take action in consultation with Members of the Committee. Following the Consultation Call, the Finance Director will take delegated actions having regard to the consultation. The agenda and reports for the Consultation Call are being made available to the public and the Call is being livestreamed on the Transport for the North website to ensure openness and transparency. Members of the Committee will attend the Call virtually. This Consultation Call will replace the in-person Audit and Governance Committee Meeting scheduled for 15 July 2021 but which has been cancelled due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
