The Scrutiny Committee consists of twenty Local Authority Members from across the North and has been established to review the decisions of the Transport for the North Board. Members can scrutinise and challenge the arrangements, and investigate matters of strategic importance to residents, those travelling within the combined administrative areas, and other stakeholders.
